Stories of peace, growth, and connection

"Dear Sama, My memories related to the Psychology Department go back to my days at KC. A short time after I joined the college, I had to go through one of the worst phases of my life. Those were days when I felt very distressed, not knowing whom to approach or how to ask for help. It was during that time that I came to know that the Psychology Department was located above my department, Botany. But I was still unsure about how to come and approach you. I began noticing the circles where you all used to sit together. Somehow, I felt that there was something different about that group compared to others. It was during that time that I realized that sometimes just seeing someone can bring a sense of peace. Later, when college was coming to an end, I came to know that you were moving forward with the idea of “Sama.” That made me really happy. Becoming a factor that can bring peace to someone who is going through a difficult time in life is truly something very meaningful. From my experience of attending one or two programs of Sama, I am certain that you have something unique of your own that will continue to stand strong. “Peace is the main thing, isn’t it?”"

"We had a beautiful experience collaborating with Sama’ during our camping programs of Pattam flys. Their meditation and mindfulness sessions, along with fun games and soulful storytelling, created a deep emotional connection with our campers. Their activities touched people’s hearts and brought calm, joy, and togetherness into the camp was truly special. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add meaning and magic to their experiences. Thank you team SAMA."
